   This is one of the common misconceptions about millennials! Yes, millennials like to spend, but they never do it unconsciously. E.g; They pay thousands of liras and go abroad. Or they quit their well-paid jobs to have a job that will make them happy.

   They sacrifice a few months’ salaries for the technological tools they will use. When the time comes, they spend their money on the sidelines to reward themselves. But they do all this not unconsciously, but by thinking in detail, to live better and enjoy life.

• They Have an Entrepreneurial Mind

   Because millennials have most of the features that an entrepreneur should have. They are definitely prone to entrepreneurship with their free spirits, creativity, ambition, perspective towards learning and innovation, in short, their qualities. We can easily see around us that many young people, who are not employees, but have entrepreneurship heads, are also entering the business world in a way that suits Generation Y.

• They Are Very Successful In Social Relations!

   Thanks to their self-confidence and their perspective towards new experiences, they are very successful in their social relationships. Millennials, who can easily communicate with people not only from the same culture but also from different cultures, do not like loneliness due to their high education level. It can be said that the 1980 generation, which does not miss the opportunity to meet different people and make new connections, makes a clear difference to other generations in terms of social aspects.

• They Are Not Lazy!

   Although this generation is said to be lazy, they are not like that! It can even be said that the Y generation has a strong work ethic. The reason why they are called lazy for those born after 1980 is their questioning and libertarian attitude in business life.
