Etiket: What is Generation Y?

Generation Y, after generation X, born between 1965-1979, is said to have emerged after the Vietnam war. More precisely, it is described as the first global generation created by the people of many different countries after the war (many are said to be economic experts). Yes, the 1980 generation can be described briefly in theory in this way. Well, what or who is Generation Y in terms of our country? We can say that the generation that passes as Generation Y in the human resources literature means more than a quarter of the population in our country. So approximately 35% of Turkey's population is composed of Y generation. And I guess most of you are in this generation. Even if you are not, I am sure that there are many people of this generation around you. How should I know; your child, employee or colleague is a millennial person.
